Uni-Create Architects (UCA) is an international architecture and urban planning consultant. UCA was originally called freiTraum LTD. It founded in 1991 in Vienna, Austria, and moved its headquarters at Los Angeles, USA., in 2001. In 2006 freiTraum started venturing to Asian markets, and established the UCA Beijing office in 2010. UCA offers a wide-range of services ranging from urban design,architectural design to theory development to serve the Chinese people. After launching of branch in the chinese market, the company focused on thehigh-rise and mixed-use buildings as well on the development of retired communities. UCA built since it launch in China more than one millions quaremeters gross floor area.Members of UCA have been teaching bothin China and abroad in universities and colleges such as UCLA, BeiJing University of Civil Engineering And Architecture,Ren Min University of China.UCA Beijing has both international views and local experience and the long term goal is to design “useful Chinese Architecture”.UCA since 2010 has been a strategic partner to Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tsinghua University Co.LTD.* and Beijing Yanhuang International Architecture& Engineering Co.
